The story starts almost eleven years ago when Mao and Thibault opened Tangor. Since then it has been a tremendous adventure with many challenges.
Today the kitchen is run by Chef Dam a young Lao woman who is in charge of Tangor Cuisine since 1 years.
The inspiration of Tangor's Menu comes from Chef Mao, a mix between French and Vietnamese cuisine.
Using mainly local products, Tangor's menu is composed of western classic recipes but also typical asian dishes. With a wide variety of wine and one the best cocktails list in town, The ambiance, music and colonial setting really make a difference to the charm of this place.
